Who is our Helpline for?
Our Helpline is available to anyone who is affected by Scleroderma and/or Raynaud's. It provides the following:
How do I get in touch?
The Helpline operates 365 days a year from 9am - 7pm. If you can't get through, please leave your name and number and you will receive a call back within 24 hours.
*Please note that we are currently experiencing high call volumes - please do leave us a message and we will get back to you, but do bear in mind it might take a little longer than usual.*
Our Helpline volunteers
Our Helpline team are volunteers, they are not medically qualified and will not give medical advice or opinions.
The volunteer that you talk to may have scleroderma and/or Raynaud's. Everyone's experience of these conditions is varied, complex and unique to them. Our volunteers actively listen to your issues and try to help with your particular enquiry offering you an individual, personalised response.
Accredited service
Scleroderma and Raynaud's UK is committed to providing the best quality service to anyone who calls the helpline. Our volunteers update their skills regularly. We are an accredited member of the Helplines Partnership, which means that we conform to their standards of excellence.
