If you or your child has been diagnosed with Raynaud's or if you think that you may be affected, a few simple lifestyle changes can help to manage and lessen the symptoms and make things easier in the first instance. However, if these do not help and your symptoms are still causing problems then it is important to visit your GP to ask about other options, as there are a number of treatments available that can be quite effective in helping to control your symptoms.
If you would like to talk to one of our trained volunteers about living with Raynaud's, please call our helpline on 0800 311 2756. Alternatively, please visit our online community to connect with others who have had similar experiences.
