Should disabled toilets be called accessible toilets?
It's all part of a move to try and recognise people with invisible illnesses - disabilities and long-term health conditions that aren't physically obvious. Disabled toilet signage is being changed across the UK.

Westminster Hall Debate on the UK Strategy for Rare Diseases
Today, MPs will meet in Parliament to debate the implementation of the UK Strategy for Rare Diseases in England. This is a unique opportunity for us to raise awareness of the problems facing patients and families affected by rare conditions in accessing a timely diagnosis, coordinated care and appropriate treatment.

In spring last year SRUK awarded its first research grants, following on from the work of the Raynaud’s and Scleroderma Association and Scleroderma Society, which had been supporting research into both conditions in this way since the 1980s.
